sometimes its tough for a guy to put the words together to tell a girl he likes her, but there's some possibilities going on with him, you should talk to him more, just casually, find out what he likes and stuff like that, get closer and more comfortable with him and he will probably loosen up and open up to you a little more. good luck :)
