What are some good horror movies?

Movies about ghosts or whatever don't scare me much... So I'd prefer suggestions about bloody/gory/suspenseful movies. I really like the Saw movies and the movie Orphan if that helps... I'm not really into old horror movies, so anything before I was born (1994) I wont be interested in. Preferably films after 2000 would be nice...
