Should I go to the doctor for my sore?

I had a mosquito bite on my ankle. When I itched it with my shoe, it took off a lot of skin and it started to ooze yellowish liquid. My grandpa put some iodine on it and it scabbed over. I regularly put hydrogen peroxide on it, but it still looked very red around it. Last night, I put a bandaid with Neosporin on it but when I took the bandaid off it had taken the scab off and it was oozing yellowish stuff again. I put iodine on again, but it is still very red, inflamed, and is now oozing more of a green colored liquid. My grandpa thinks I need to go to the doctor. I'm not sure if it's that big of a deal.
