Red Dead Redemption Ending(Spoilers)?

Does anyone think that the Red Dead Redemption ending wasnt enough? I thought that it was cool how you play as Jack but I think the story should have continued a little bit. I wanted to know what Jack was like but all we got was a stranger task that lead us to Edgar Ross :(
