I think my friend abuses my pets?

abuse? what are you talking about? You said it wasn't physical abuse, and you can't emotionally or verbally abuse an animal (they can't understand what you are saying believe it or not), so im not sure what your question is. If shes not physically abusing them, then she can't be abusing them.
