How do I survive the second place of the hidden land in Pokemon mystery dungeon explorers of time?

I'm a lvl. 39 Chikorita with razor leaf, synthesis, magical leaf and solar beam my partner is a lvl. 39 Chimchar with flame wheel, fire spin, dig and shadow claw. Oh and also tips on how to kill that strong dialga I got there once but i died.
