What should i do if you get kicked out of a house you lease with no eviction papers and all your stuff is kept?

I was staying in a house in which i lease in roseville mi. I went to stay with my parents to look after my mother who was sick. After two weeks of being gone I returned home to find that all the locks were changed. my roomate wouldnt let me inside. upon calling the police, they sent out an officer to let me get my stuff that was in my room. everything of value was taken outta of my room and tered throughout the house and in his room. My tv, tv stand were in the living room, my xbox and all my games are gone, my camera has been taken from my room. Then to top it off, my brand new queen size bed is moved into his room and his mattress pad that he sleeps on the floor is in its place. my roommate suddenly claims that all my stuff is his. I got on the phone and had all reciepts emailed to me so i could show him serial numbers. He is being a total jerk and tells methat he doesnt have time to play judge judy and that i can only take what my roommate says is mine, regardless of my reciepts. The only thing I got out was my clothes and a few odds and ends, none of the above mentioned. After getting my stuff I walked outside and the police officer asked my roommate if he wanted me back there, and he said no. The police officer then turned to me and told me i was terminated and that i am not allowed back on the property. I never recieved eviction papers, no notice, or anything. I showed up at home, found a hostile roommate who claimed he owns my stuff and got kicked out by a police officer with no eviction papers. I am still not allowed in the residence and the landlord, who is my roommates brother will not return my calls. Getting kicked out has made me have to sleep in my car because unfortunately my dad wont let me move back in, only let me stay to help my mom previously. What can I do??? Please help
