Does leading by EXAMPLE require some action on the part of libs now?

Leading by example requires action from ANYONE who is in a position to lead and set that example, liberals and conservatives be damned! Those of us who are held to the standard of leadership have a huge responsibility to set a respectable example of honesty, sensibility, and respect for others.
